“We are thrilled to be able to announce the addition of a player with Tony’s talent and experience to our teams”, said Rattlers General Manager Barry Rawlyk. “He has played at the highest levels during his collegiate career and will bring a level of composure and understanding of how to play to the team, giving him the ability to make everyone around him better. He will bring toughness to every game he plays. He is just coming off of an injury so he is very eager to get back to competing and working towards his career goals. We believe the Rattlers organization can provide an environment that will allow him to do just that.”

“I’m excited for the opportunity to play with the team”, said Carr. “I can’t wait to get things going and get wins with the Rattlers.”
