T he Canadian Elite Basketball League (“CEBL”) announced today that it has renewed its partnership agreement with Payworks, a leading expert in cloud-based payroll, human resources, and workforce management solutions.

 The extension of the original partnership, which launched during the CEBL’s 2020 Summer Series, sees the CEBL and its seven Canadian teams continue to utilize Payworks services to help streamline the league’s human resources for its more than 300 employees
.

 The CEBL launched its third season in June, with seven Canadian teams playing a 14-game regular season in Fraser Valley , Edmonton , Saskatchewan , Niagara , Guelph , Hamilton and Ottawa. The season will culminate with  Championship Weekend in Edmonton, where the 2021 CEBL Champions will be crowned on August 2 ^nd .
